Dr. Sri Juliana Safri (Dr. Julie) is a Chartered Psychologist (CPsychol), Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (AFBPsS), Educational Psychologist, Special Education Consultant, and HRD Corp Accredited Trainer. She is also a Certified HeartMath Clinical Practitioner, HeartMath Trauma-Sensitive Certified Practitioner, and Certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Practitioner.

As the Founder and Managing Director of BioDyslexia® and BioHeart®, Dr. Julie specializes in neurodevelopmental differences, dyslexia, autism, ADHD, psychological and educational assessment, and evidence-informed learning interventions. With doctoral qualifications in Clinical Psychology and Special Education, her work emphasizes understanding the underlying factors contributing to learning difficulties through comprehensive assessment and individualized educational support.

Her professional practice also incorporates HeartMath-based techniques and heart rate variability (HRV) biofeedback to support emotional self-regulation. She is actively involved in educator training, professional development, and developing practical approaches that help children, families, and educators better understand learning differences and support individual learning needs.
